One compound name per line. For Complete Ranked Metabolites, you can optionally add a second, tab- or comma-separated numeric score per line (fold change, a signed p-value, etc -- e.g. a vendor differential report): when a score is given, the rank comes from the score itself, so the compounds do not need to be pre-sorted in the list; if the score is omitted, compounds are ranked by their order in the list instead. Example (with scores):
Glucose 3.42 Fructose -1.85 Pyruvate 2.10
